Halloween Gluten Free List 2018
Halloween is a lot of fun except when you have food allergies. I am very proud our society is seeing this and started an awareness program called the Pumpkin Project by putting out a teal colored pumpkin on your front porch. This tells parents the person is handing out non-food items.
Our society is slowly understanding food allergies, but it is still easy and cheaper to hand out candy. The #1 thing to do to protect yourself and your kids are read labels carefully. If you question some ingredients call the manufacturer. If you still question it after talking to the manufacturer then be safe and not eat it.Here is a list of 2018 Gluten Free Candy:
