My picks are in blue. The winners are in pink.  I also always wished we could give more than one award in each category like the Olympics does. Gold, Silver and Bronze. For example.

My Quick Thoughts: 

This really surprised me because Squid Game was well written and well shot. I am glad "The Handmaid's Tale" didn't win because their storyline is not that great. The first seasons were amazing. 

I would give the Gold: Succession. Silver: "Squid Game" Bronze: "Yellowstone"

My Quick Thoughts: 

I am so excited for Jung Ho-Yeon for winning because her acting was amazing.  If "Squid Game" wasn't in this category I would say Sarah Snook would get the award. Elisabeth Moss is great in "The Handmaid's Tale" but she did something to the character I just don't like. For me, it looks like she is overacting and not very natural. I know the character went through so much trauma, but I just don't like the way she is acting in the new season.

I knew Lee Jung-Jae would win for "Squid Game" because his acting was amazing. Korean actors are so talented.

This was hard for me because I really wanted "Only Murders in the Building" to win because I love the story and the cast. It's such a fun show. "The Great" is also an interesting piece with beautiful sets and costumes. I am not a huge fan of Ted Lasso, but that's just me.

Sometimes I think if a show has more than one actress nominated they award a different show so no one won't get their feelings hurt. They don't want Juno or Hannah to feel bad. I really hoped Elle would have received the award because she wonderful in "The Great". She is great at being stupid, smart, shy, conniving, brat, and kind basically all in one.

My Quick Notes

"Dopesick" film makes me really mad because people like myself who rely on pain medications not only have to deal with pain on a daily basis but also worry our medications will be taken away from us. You try living a life like that. It's not fun. Our goverment isn't helping the situation instead they are making it worse.  People don't die from the pain medication the doctor gives you, nope people die because the goverment tells the doctor they can no longer prescribe any pain medication otherwise they will lose their license. So guess what happens. The doctor discharges them as a patient. Now the patient has no doctor and going into withdrawal.  Where do they go? Yep, that's correct, the streets. That is where people are dying from pain medications. They are not dying from pain meds the doctors prescribe instead It's the drugs off the street. If doctors can do their job and write prescriptions and monitor their patient's deaths will happen. Sorry, this isn't a post about this, but it just makes me mad and terrified.  We struggle to get out of bed due to pain and now we have to fight to get a little relief so we can have a life. Back on the subject- stay tune for a blog post about this.

Saniyya Sidney, I want your dress so much!! The color is beautiful. The color is very beautiful on her. I love the sheer layers. The bust and breast area are perfect. It is a beautiful classic dress. Her dress equals a perfect award runway outfit.  She is a winner in my book for best dress on the carpet.

I'm all about females wearing pants at an award show, but only if it is done right. Sorry Elle, but your outfit was ugly. She really needed a darker color on the top like a sheer black jacket with some glitter-type beadings. She also should have worn some really nice high heel shoes.

I was shocked. I didn't know it was Vanessa Hudgens.  She has done way too many facelifts or she needs to fire her makeup artist. I don't mind her dress. I love the color on her.

Greta Lee what made you think this was a pretty outfit? My eyes are so confused. It looks like she is wearing a turtle neck with the edge of her boobs showing. Her dress looks like two jackets sewed together because the inside of her skirt looks like a North Face jacket material. The top looks like a busy business jacket. It makes me have a headache. Sorry.

Jenna Lyng Adams your dress for some reason reminds me of the 1800s curtains. Its not horrid, but I am not fan of the color.

Jada Smith what the hell? Way too much fabric. The black turtle neck is so awful. If she got rid of the turtle neck and the black shirt and got rid of a lot of the fabric down below. It might be good, but it looks like she is sitting in a pile of fabric and that is it. 

Salena Gomez your dress is beautiful. It is a 1900s style dress and it is classic. We need more of these dresses in the award red carpet events. I love the puffy sleeves. I love the necklace. Winner in my book!

Lady Gaga, it's okay. It looks like she had a zipper in the front that couldn't go up to her breast so they put on a gold glitter bra corset to save the day. It's sort of classy. I wish she would have worn glitter gold high heel boots. Gaga at times goes crazy with her award show red carpets and this one is her calmer/classy outfit. I don't hate it but I don't love it either. Sorry

Jessica Chastin, your outfit would look good if your pants were hemmed properly. I would love to not see your side of your breasts. I don't mind the color of the suit. The color most likely looks better in person than through a camera lens.

Ariana DeBose-  I love the pink color on her. I love the front part of her dress, but the back of the dress I am not a fan of. Too much fabric and too big of pink puffy butt puff.  Sorry, I don't know sewing and dress lingo and wording. She is so beautiful but this dress doesn't fully show her beauty.

Christine Baumgartner and Kevin Costner - Christine's dress is beautiful. I love the color and all the sparkles. However, I wish she wore a sparkly necklace. As you may know, I am not a huge fan of the really low-cut breast line. I guess if you have a good breast line you should show it off.

Naomi Watts - This dress is God awful. It looks like a motorcycle tired with weapons on the arms. You couldn't pay me to wear this dress. Sorry, but I just don't like it.
