Grand Rapids Gluten Free Food Fair May 16, 2015

May 16, 2015 at 10:00am-4:00pm is the Grand Rapid’s Gluten Free Food Fair. Usually you have to pay to get in, but the Grand Rapids one is free. My favorite thing about going to a food fair is the samples. I hate it when I spend money on a food and hate it. Food fairs helps save you money. Just be prepared sometimes they run out of samples. Last year they had over 1,000 people come. Life Never Goes As Plan

I don't know why, but lately I have been just so fustrated with life. Why may you ask? Because I am 29 years old and still going to college. It isn't because of my grades because I have been getting straight As. Its because I keep getting slammed with one health problem after another.  I look at jobs that are opening up that I could get if I had a degree. I am not able to work and go to school. What I am terrified is graduating from college and not being able to find a good paying job that works with my health condition. This is my biggest fear! This is because I have collected six years of interest rate on my Chase loan, Sallie Mae Loan, Firstmark and three others which so far adds up to over $109,000. How the hell am I going to pay this?  I only took out $56,900. I have two more years left before I get my Bachlors degree. Going to film school is great, but its alot of hardwork. I am not saying regular business schools, or other degrees aren't hard, but with film you have

Jennifer Esposito's Battle w/ Celiac Disease

I was searching things for a school project and ran into a Katie Couric interviewing Jennifer Esposito about Celiac DIsease. You might Jennifer Esposito from Samatha Who?.  Click Here to see the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ae7wjpp7MIk I love how she really stressed this is an auto-immune disease and not some fade diet to loose weight. Yes some do loose weight from going on a Gluten-Free diet, but the reason why they are loosing weight is because of being on gluten-free diet. isn't a fade diet. She also explained how you don't have to have the stomach symptoms to have Celiac Disease. This video is about 8 minutes and twenty seconds. Its short video, but does a great job at really explaining Celiac Disease. She has a book out called: Jennifer Esposito's Journey with Celiac Disease. You can order it on Amazon.com. Click below.

GFF  (Good Food Forever)Gluten-Free MAGAZINE http://gffmag.com I thought the only Gluten-Free magazines were Living Without Magazine ,  Gluten-Free Living,  and  Delight Gluten-Free Magazine, but then I came across GFF Magazine when looking for a Gluten-Free recipe. GFF is a quarterly magazine for food lovers. There information on their site (http://gffmag.com):        GFF celebrates uncompromisingly Good Food (Forever), drinks, and destinations, and the joy of creating and sharing them with others. And, oh yes: it's Gluten-Free (Forever), too, although you'll never taste the difference.         Each issue features recipes from top chefs, cookbook authors, and bloggers; tutorials for mastering gluten-free cooking; trends, products, people, and places worth knowing about; deliciously indulgent travel; lifestyle extras that will elevate your everyday; and a whole lot of fun. Pizza Time!

I love pizza. A lot of restaurants and fast food pizza places are now caring a Gluten Free pizza. It is very exciting to see so many restaurants and pizza places serving Gluten Free pizza.   These types of pizza restaurants have a huge risk of being contaminated. The restaurants pushes people with Celiac Disease or severe gluten sensitivity should not order a pizza. I know that just a size of a tiny head of pin can cause a lot of damage, but I am not too scared. To me I look at it no different then my kitchen. My family isn’t gluten free so my kitchen and condiments runs into the risk of contamination.   It is up to you if you want to risk it or not.                           I have had two Georgio’s Gluten Free Gourmet Pizza now and have had no problems.   Keep in mind everyone is different. Just because I didn’t get any symptoms doesn’t mean you will. Georgio’s Gluten Free Pizza is so good. I would give it 5 stars out of 5. Webs
